Can I talk to someone before booking?
How does payment work?
Once we finalize your custom plan, we’ll send over a detailed quote and secure payment link. You’ll be able to review all inclusions before paying, no surprises, no hidden costs.
Can I cancel or change my tour after booking?
Yes, we’re flexible and understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust dates, group size, or add extras, just let us know as early as possible, and we’ll adapt your tour accordingly.
If something goes wrong on our side, we take full responsibility and offer a money-back guarantee, no excuses.
However, if you cancel for personal reasons without notice or without a valid cause (weather doesn’t count, we ride rain or shine), you may lose your non-refundable deposit. That’s because we start preparing your custom experience the moment you book, and your spot means gear, logistics, guides, and resources are locked for you.
We’ll always do our best to find a fair solution. Just keep communication open and early, and we’ll make sure things stay smooth.
