This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies hardadventuretour.com uses and how you can change your choice at any time.

1. Strictly necessary storage

These keep the website working and do not require consent:

• Your cookie choice (hard-consent-v1, stored in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we don't ask on every page.
• Staff sign-in session (admin area only): keeps our team logged in to the management area. Not set for regular visitors.
• Security and rate-limiting data on our servers: protects the enquiry form from abuse.

2. Analytics and advertising cookies (optional)

These load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner, and never before:

• Google Analytics (Google): measures visits and ride-request conversions. Set only when a Measurement ID is configured and you accept.
• Meta Pixel (Meta/Facebook): measures visits and ride-request conversions from our Facebook and Instagram presence. Set only when a Pixel ID is configured and you accept.

If you decline, none of these scripts load and no analytics or advertising data is sent.

3. Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads and the analytics and advertising scripts are no longer loaded; no further data is sent to Google or Meta. Cookies already set by those services can also be deleted in your browser settings.
